You can open an investment account in minutes via the InvestNow App (available on Google Play and iOS) or through the web platform at investnow.ng.
Simply sign up, complete your KYC, and fund your account to begin investing.
You can monitor your investment performance via the InvestNow web platform:
- Log in to your InvestNow account.
- On the left menu, click Statement.
- Select Cash Statement (for inflows/outflows) or Portfolio Statement (for holdings and dividends).
- Choose your date range and submit.
Monthly statements are also emailed to all clients.
Statements are accessible anytime through the InvestNow web platform. You can also refer to the InvestNow FAQs (insert link to InvestNow FAQs page) for step-by-step guidance.
If you do not receive your monthly statement by email, kindly check your spam/junk folder. If still unavailable, send a request to customerservice@unitedcapitalplcgroup.com.
Naira and Dollar investments typically reflect within 24–48 business hours after funds are received. You can confirm the status via your portfolio statement on InvestNow.
Withdrawals (liquidations) can be initiated via the InvestNow App or Web.
- Naira redemptions are processed within 24 business hours.
- Dollar liquidations require an email to customerservice@unitedcapitalplcgroup.com and are completed within 3–5 business days.
Delays may occur due to public holidays, incomplete KYC, or incorrect bank details.
